The glass is pure silk with a dark rose hue. The outskirts fade subtly into a pink surrounding.
The nose on this Willamette Pinot is pure bing cherry. It’s an expected delight – alright, alright, alright….
The palate is bright cranberry and bing cherry in an UberXL, driven by a man named Acid… Not to worry tho, the fare won’t be high as the ride only lasts a few seconds… While this Pinot is gorgeous in the glass and doesn’t offend on the palate, I feel like they could have done more here… It will work well with food but it’s not something I’d ever call home about.
