Chateau Niagara is located in the FAR Western corner of New York in the town of Newfane. With average highs in the 30’s and 40’s five months out of the year, these guys are the epitome of cool climate wine producers!

Right-out-the gate, the wine is all kinds of bright cherries ——> The mid-palate adds a touch of complexity with mocha and plum….. The party shows up on the finish of this guy when a lingering acidity takes hold 🤪🍷🤪🍷and leaves my mouth watering for another drink…
This is a leaner red that drinks GREAT in the summer heat. Don’t be afraid to put a slight chill on this fun lil’ number and enjoy on the patio with smoked salmon!
