In the glass, this Columbia Valley Cab Sauv has a black core that expands into maroon edges with a translucent halo….
When I get my nose in the glass I’m hit with intense black cherries, green peppers, and a black licorice note….
On the palate there’s a really nice blueberry-rhubarb start that leads into a mid-palate of blackberries and dusty oak. When I give the wine a chew ——–> a smoky blackcurrant kick takes the wine towards a dark chocolate and licorice finish with SILKY SMOOTH tannins that linger for days…..
Here’s the deal y’all, the Columbia Valley Cab is Market Vineyards’ more value oriented label… That said ———> DAMN if it doesn’t OVERDELIVER for the money!!! 🤑🤑🤑
The best part about this is wine is that unlike the Red Mountain Cab that I reviewed a lil while ago, this one is more widely distributed and you should be able to find it out in the wild!!!
