Off the market

In the glass, this Paso Grenache has a bright purple center with rusty edges…

When I stick my nose in the glass, I’m dumbfounded by the amount of strawberry pie I get on this thing ————-> There’s this sweet strawberry note up front followed by an unmistakable pie crust influence that is killing me… I’m ADDICTED to the nose on this bad boy…

My first sip has a blueberry start that stumbles into a room filled with raspberry perfume… The mid-palate is loaded with toasty oak and the wine finishes with mouthwatering acidity, white pepper, and a medium length finish…

THIS is a summertime red y’all! Bad news though – Burbank Ranch recently sold at auction and is no more… That said, I’ll keep my ear to the ground and update you as soon as I find out who bought the winery because the fruit coming off of this estate is STUPID GOOD!
