The wine starts light on the palate with cranberries and mesquite smoke before the mid-palate takes a walk on the WILD side with puréed blackberries and dark chocolate…. The ending is ALL KINDS of greasy dark meat game, black pepper spice, and black currant with looong luscious tannins……
