A sniff is kinda tight with a black fruit forefront that is punctuated by some black licorice and white pepper spice….
When I give this sucker a try, I’m hit by a black raspberry start that shuffles its’ feet toward puréed black cherries ———-> The mid-palate gets a lil grippy with sharp tannins and more of the black fruit that I got on the nose before a spicy ending of alcohol heat and mushroom funk…. The tannins haaaaaaaang on for a while and I am not complaining!
Bart Hansen has done it again y’all…. This time with his Dane Cellars GSM which is FILLED with black fruit, lingering tannins, and a kick of peppery spice making this guy a shoe-in for these cooler fall temperatures!
