A sniff throws a white pepper left hook before some sweeter notes of oak and raspberry show up to the fight———–> When I stick my nose in the glass for a revisit I’m inundated with a perfumey plum thing that knocks my socks off!!!!
The palate starts intense with black fruit before a bing cherry kick kinda brightens things up a bit ————-> The mid-palate shows some grip with round tannins that give way to more of the sweet raspberries that I got on the nose before anise and cocoa take this guy home with a 90 second finish…
