When I stick my nose in the glass I’m blindsided by a blast of sweet cedar plank ——–> Another sniff brings out some candied blueberries with an anise kick that I’m WAY in to…..
A sip has a blackberry start that leads into some red raspberry acid and more of the cedar wood that I got on the nose ———-> The mid-palate is LOADED with black cherries and toffee before the ending shows nice grip with dusty tannins that serve as a backdrop to a lasting blueberry and and bing cherry finish….
