A sniff is BURSTING with sweet oak, dusty cellar floor, and perfumed raspberries…. Holy cow – I’M IN HEAVEN…. The nose on this thing is KILLER ———> Smelled blind, you could EASILY pass this off as a $100+ premium Napa Cab….
A taste starts with ripe raspberries and sweet leather before tumbling into a darker blackberry note with a hint of cherry cola ———-> The mid-palate shows red licorice that creeps into more of the sweet oak I got in the nose before the wine finishes looooong with a cassis and herb spice ending…..
