In the glass, this Monterey Pinot from San Saba Vineyard has a DARK garnet core with fading brick edges that’re surrounded by a thin translucent halo….
A sniff is STRAIGHT-UP raspberry and cranberry purée ————-> When I stick my nose in the glass again I’m hit with a cigar box thing that I’m DIGGIN’!
The palate’s got a mouth coating start that highlights more of the puréed fruit I got on the nose before a blast of maraschino cherries ———> The mid-palate shows a bing cherry pop before rich blackberries and some earthiness show up to the party…. This guy finishes loooooooong with a surprising yet DELICIOUS cranberry pie ending….
Here’s a lil Pinot from Wrath Wines that’s almost sinful…. This wine’s savory as hell and has a ridiculous amount of structure that holds it all together ———> If you’re a Pinot lover, you owe it to yourself to seek this guy out!!!! 🎧🎧🎧 Listen to this wine with something that’s got a bit of soul like William Bell – Everyday will be like a holiday
