A sip starts with a short, tart green-apple kick before a creamier and more concentrated mouthfeel of white pear and pineapple coats my tongue ———–> The mid-palate throws more of the oak I got on the nose at me before a creamy, textured vanilla and apricot ending takes this lil lady home with a loooooooong DELICIOUS finish….
