A sip starts smooth as silk with black-cherries and more of the raspberries I got on the nose…. A chew and a swish brings out an acidic kick of bing cherries and orange rind before a surprising hit of peat-smoke hits my palate and I’M IN LOVE ———> This lil gem finishes with puréed black fruit that works as a seamless accent to a loooooong and attention grabbing smoky-spicy ending….
