The palate has a coating mouthfeel that highlights more of the kiwi I got in the nose before a fun little limey peachy note comes out to play ———> The mid-palate shows a touch of minerality before ripe melon and honeydew bring home a loooooooooong honeysuckle finish….
When I discovered CrossHatch wines last year, I immediately fell in love with the reds so when I learned of this inaugural vintage of a Viognier & Grenache Blanc blend my expectations were quite high…. that said, I’m happy to report that this thing blew my anticipation out of the water!!!!
