A taste starts with welcomed acidity that mellows into more of the bacon fat I got on the nose before raspberries and black cherries join forces to create something that’s NOTHING SHORT of SPECIAL ————-> The mid-palate teeters back onto the gamey side of things with dark meat chicken and puréed blueberries before this sexy number shows a black fruit ending with a cassis pop that ties everything together nicely….
