The nose is big and rich with lavender perfume, candied cherries, and sweet tobacco ———-> Another sniff throws out a spiced blackberry note and I’m HOOKED….
A taste has a coating blue and blackberry start before the savory train roars into the station ————-> There’s a gaminess meets forrest floor funk thing on the mid-palate before subtle acid shows up to tie one on with more of the sweet tobacco I got on the nose….. The ending screams black pepper sprinkled anise that keeps hangs out on my palate WELL past my sip….
