The nose is straight up raspberry and wild sage —-——-> A second sniff brings out a sugared strawberry thing that has me DYING for a taste….
The palate has a bright start of bing cherries and more fresh raspberry I got on the nose ————-> The mid-palate gushes of ripe plum and blueberries before it tightens up and flexes a bit to emphasize graphite and tomato acid…. The ending adds some rustic attitude as it brings portobello mushroom and black tea that welcomes a red fruit acid ending that haaaaaaangs….
